1. Two-stage Mixing & Pouring Integrated Machine
Our core mixing system adopts PLC automatic control and full-automatic metering, which can accurately measure water, cement, foaming agent and additives. The dual-mixer design allows simultaneous work: while the upper mixer processes aggregates, the lower mixer extends ceramsite mixing time to ensure uniform distribution, greatly improving the overall strength of green blocks. 2. High-efficiency Disc Saw Cutting System
We use German imported steel blades with diamond cutter heads, which are extremely durable. The large disc saw supports 40m³ cutting capacity per hour, perfectly avoiding common problems like block flying, cutter head burning and saw disc deformation. The small disc saw completes the second-step fine cutting, ensuring your finished blocks have neat, precise edges.

3. Automatic Demolding & Cycle System
The program-controlled automatic demolding machine separates cured green bodies from molds automatically, then moves the mold frame for oiling and reassembles it with the returned bottom plate, realizing full cyclic production. The up-down sliding rail design and programmable spreader movement ensure precise, stable operation with zero manual error.

4. 4-in-1 Combined Mold
Our special combined mold can cast 4 green blocks in one pouring, which greatly improves your production capacity. The high-strength mold ensures stable molding, supporting long-term cyclic use without deformation.

5. Automatic Palletizer
The finished product palletizer automatically stacks cut blocks, and combined with the pre-reserved hole conveyor, it can automatically add forklift holes during palletizing, saving your labor cost and improving logistics efficiency.
